Payment Options

If MEDGroup participates with your personal health insurance provider, we will file a claim with your insurance provider. If there is an outstanding balance once the insurance company has satisfied its responsibility, the patient will be billed.

If MEDGroup is does not participate with your health insurance provider, we will file the claim with your insurance; however, payment is required at time of service. If MEDGroup receives payment from your insurance, you will be issued a refund. You will receive notification from your insurance company as to how they processed your claim. Often times, out-of-network benefits can be as favorable as in-network benefits, so you will want to check with your insurance provider.
